Changes are being made to the way you can access a blood test at Cromer Hospital from Monday 8, June 2020.
Appointments must be pre-booked by calling 01603 646225. Walk-in appointments will no longer be available.
Changes to the service were already underway following feedback from local patients with the aim of providing improved patient experience.
Due to the challenges posed by coronavirus (COVID-19), these changes are being made swiftly. As well as improving patient experience, these measures will also help protect patients and staff, and ensure that social distancing requirements can be safely met.
The new system will ensure a dedicated appointment time for patients, helping avoid long queues – a priority going forward as we navigate on-going social distancing.
